Judges at this year’s RHS Chelsea Flower Show have awarded the Homebase Teenage Cancer Trust garden a prestigious gold medal.
To celebrate the award winning garden Homebase has launched a summer offer for affiliates; free delivery on all garden furniture and BBQ’s from the 24th May.
Designer and broadcaster, Joe Swift designed the garden drawing cultural inspiration from his hometown, Hackney. The garden juxtaposes urban and suburban environments using natural forms so there is inspiration for any gardener.
Ingrid Holliday, multi-channel marketing manager at Homebase, said: “It’s fantastic that we can support and raise awareness for the Teenage Cancer Trust with our garden. With our new in-store Chelsea Collection – a plant collection inspired by our award winning garden, our customers can build their very own show garden.”
“It’s always good when retailers respond to current events to help publishers promote products,” commented Florian Gramshammer, UK country manager at Commission Junction. “Consumers will hear about the garden Homebase has at the Chelsea Flower Show and now the affiliate channel can generate sales from its success.”
